Q: DO YOU PROVIDE FREE LOANER VEHICLES?

A: Yes, we currently have free loaner vehicles in service. Our Free Loaners are limited in number and need to be scheduled in advance.

Q: DO YOU OFFER SHUTTLE RIDES?

A: Our shutle service operates between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri and serves most of Marin.

Q: CAN I WAIT WHILE YOU SERVICE MY VEHICLE?

A: A comfortable customer waiting lounge is available with free WiFi for minor service/repairs. While we prefer that you leave the vehicle, we understand that sometimes this might not be possible.

Q: DO YOU HAVE AFTER HOURS DROPOFF?

A: Yes, after hours drop off is available for driven and towed vehicles. Complete and sign form in after hours box located near reception door. Seal keys in provided envelope and deposit in slot.

Q: DO YOU PERFORM WARRANTY REPAIRS /RECALLS?

A: While your vehicle is under the manufacturers warranty, we cannot perform warranty repairs. However, we do honor extended warranties and insurance claims for vehilces that have fallen out of the manufacturers warranty.

Q: IF MY VEHICLE IS UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, WILL I VOID THE WARRANTY BY SERVICING IT AT YOUR FACILITY?

A: No, we use genuine OE parts and follow factory maintenace schedules and procedures keeping your warranty intact.

Q: DO YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK?

A: All work performed by us carries a minimum 12 month/12,000 mile parts & labor warranty.
